The Content Creator will go behind the scenes of IMAX, meet and interview visionary Directors, document the IMAX movie making process and IMAX’s passion and fandom for movies and share this with the world.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop, execute and edit new, highly engaging, differentiated and effective digital content – and content franchises – for IMAX owned and partner channels across relevant platforms
  • Represent IMAX on-camera, at the discretion of relevant stakeholders
  • Social strategy input and optimization
  • Lead Creative/Digital brainstorms and meetings when needed
  • Present to internal/external stakeholders, including executives
  • Write promo concepts/scripts
  • Collaborate with IMAX departments including: digital, brand, sales and film marketing teams
  • Review and guide agency partner creative ideation and delivery
  • Maintain discretion and professionalism when working with A-List Talent
  • Capture content for a wide variety of initiatives including production shoots and red carpets

What You’ll Need:

  • 3+ years of digital/creative/advertising/marketing agency, and/or film studio experience strongly preferred
  • Strong background and experience using Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop), Microsoft Office, Mac and Windows platforms
  • Strong understanding and experience across all key social platforms
  • Comfortable and confident with being on camera, whether it’s a fun TikTok skit or interviewing a visionary filmmaker
  • Excellent time management (sets delivery expectations accordingly), organizational and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate concepts and technical specs to business partners, partner agencies and team members within IMAX Creative
