The Assistant in CAA's Television Scripted Department will support Agents representing directors, producers, and writers. This role involves handling a high volume of administrative tasks and providing support across various agency departments such as Accounting and Business Affairs.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative duties including handling heavy phones, calendar management, scheduling travel, booking reports, and preparing expense reports.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, Agents, and Executives.
- Provide significant script coverage for client pitches and track current and potential clients.
- Engage proactively with material and assist with special projects, research, and compiling information as needed.

Skills Required:
- Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with administrative duties including calendar management, travel scheduling, and expense report preparation.
- Ability to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and understanding of confidentiality.
- Ability to communicate confidently and interact with all levels of employees.
